Mr. Donnelly is a seasoned IT executive with more than 19 years of diverse business management experience and a wide scope of expertise in business continuity and continuity of operations (COOP) planning and execution. As a senior IT manager, Mr. Donnelly managed all internal IT services, budget, strategic and tactical planning and execution, team creation and implementation of methods and IT standards for multiple organizations. He has extensive experience in developing complex custom systems from 7x24 Operations Centers and customer care workflow systems to financial and billing systems.
