Deborah Lansdowne, co-founder and President, brings over 20 years of executive
management, sales and marketing experience in the information technology and
telecommunications marketplaces. Ms. Lansdowne spearheads business development
and manages eKohs’ continued profitability. Before founding eKohs, Ms.
Lansdowne provided leadership in sales and marketing in a number of technology
and telecommunications firms, including 15 years with Siemens Business Communications,
where she was twice awarded the Siemens International Recognition Award for
her significant business development contributions.
Recognized for her outstanding business acumen and leadership, Ms. Lansdowne has been the recipient of numerous accolades. She was featured on the January 2002 cover of Black Enterprise in the article, “Weathering the Storm!: Three African American Women Take on the High Tech World”, was recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year by the National Federation of Black Women Business Owners during its Ninth Annual Awards and Scholarship Ceremony, and named one of the “Fifty Influential Minorities in Business” by the Minority Business and Professionals Network, Inc.
